Sriram Charitable trust along with Integra Software Services Pvt. Ltd. organized a mega tree planting campaign in Karuvinatham village near Pondicherry on the 28th of July 2009.
Mr. Sriram Subramanya, Founder – Managing Director & CEO, Integra and Managing Trustee Sriram Charitable Trust inaugurated the tree planting campaign in the presence of the Hon’ble Speaker of Pondicherry Mr. R Radhakrishnan.

During the inauguration ceremony Mr. Radhakrishnan, Honorable Speaker had this to say-”We need to conserve our environment and stop the current degeneration that is taking place. If we do not take care of it today, we may not be able to breath in quality air tomorrow. The only way to stop this is to encourage more trees to be planted and youngsters to take the lead in doing this.”

Sriram gave away 200 tree protection guards on behalf of the trust and said– “We need to protect the world today to make the world a safer place for our children to live. All of us need to take a pledge to plant one tree at least every year to coincide with our birthday / anniversary etc. Trees are the best absorbers of carbon dioxide and help provide pure oxygen for us to breath.”

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Integra Software Services along with Sriram Charitable trust have been playing a key role in environment protection through various activities and awareness programs.
